On Saturday 4th November 2023 in 11.10 am, Wicklow Artist Salon will present the final event in the 2023 series.
With the theme of 'Influences', this session will explore experimental circus, dream pop, lens-based art, fiction and documentary film. Five exciting early career Wicklow Artists will share their work and the art, people and places that have helped shape their vision.
The Wicklow Artists Salon is a space for all artists. This special one spotlights emerging/early-career Wicklow artists. If you are a regular attendee, please bring along some emerging practitioners!
Kicking off at 12.30 with a pre-salon lunch in The Grain Store, this is a free event, but booking is required.
To facilitate those travelling from west Wicklow, a bus will leave from Germaine’s Baltinglass at 1 sharp; Daly’s Service Station, Hollywood at 10.55 am sharp; and opposite Downshire Monument, Blessington at 11.10am sharp and return after the salon. The fare is €8. Seating is limited so please book early.
